Blue Steel Express is one of the longest continually running blues acts in Maine. Formed in the early nineties, the Express features sly vocals, slashing slide guitar, tight arrangements and a lot of humor and audience interaction.
Want authentic Old School blues? This band is all about just that. Fronted by vocalist and harp virtuoso Tom OConnell and directed by Maine blues mainstay Mike Hayward (Red Light Revue), this is the original stuff (minus the scratches on the 78s.)

At the same time, hes also likely to infuse his high-octane performance and soaring guitar work with the understated yet hilarious wit that has become his trademark, so watch out!
Meantone is Original Graveyard Blues. A duo comprised of Meantone: fretless, slide guitar and throat and Young Bret on drums and percussion. Meantone's unique guitar tuning along with Young Brets maximal playing of his minimalist drum kit make you think theres at least three to four people in the band and makes Meantone unique and fresh.

Matt has been a longtime fixture in the Maine blues scene, backing up other Maine blues acts on harp and occasional vocals. Finally, and at long last, Matt has his own band! He brings to the stage an absolute passion and commitment to the blues that is impossible to resist!

Roundhouse combines the Memphis blues with New Orleans Zydeco and a little bit of the Chicago sound to create an evening of jump blues and swing. The bands original material draws on the influences like the Neville Brothers and Room Full of Blues, producing grooves that just make you want to move.
The Don Brewer Blues Project is an all-original blues band from the Boothbay Harbor region of Maine. Incorporating both West Coast blues and Chicago styles into an original sound, the end result is a kind of gritty, swinging, juke joint high energy blues music.
