Beginning with Blue Steel Express (the Flagship Band!) in 1993,  Mad Cap'n Kevin Kimball has worked with a crew of top-notch blues musicians in various combinations that range from acoustic duos to full-blown electric bands. Not content with that, in 2006 he partnered with long-standing blues supporter Mike Bray and cofounded the Maine Blues Festival, an annual event that features hundreds of Maine blues artists. . .
